Catching up here...
I've been doing my 3-pose set which includes the cobra stretch, planking on my forearms (this is most comfortable and easiest for me to hold), and the downward-facing dog. These three poses are easiest to do in the mornings before I head to campus, or in the afternoons/evenings after I return from campus from classes and work. Also, these poses stretch out your stomach/abs, back, and calves, so I see it as a sort of well-rounded set. Although, I feel I should start switching it up again looking up new poses and giving those a try.

Day 21
I just got off work about a half hour or so ago and I'm tired and my back is sore. Tonight I did only three poses after I got off work. I did some poses that I learned and practiced in my aerobics class last semester. I did the cobra stretch, a plank, and the downward-facing dog. I really like doing these poses in particular, they are simple, but you can feel them working. In the cobra stretch, which I did for about 30 seconds, you lay on the floor on your belly, bring your hands under your shoulders, and raise up. The cobra stretch really stretches out your abs, you can feel the front of your stomach tighten, from the bottom below your belly button to your ribcage. Planks however, while simple and easy, are not my favorite. I'm not a fan of the plank because it hurts my back to hold myself in that position. The downward-facing dog is one of my favorites because it does not make my back hurt but, rather relieves tension in my back. I also like how you can feel your calves stretching in the downward-facing dog. This set of three poses may become my new after-work routine.

Best Blog Post
At a little over halfway through my 30-day immersion project I've posted a total of five times. To gain an audience I have been advertising my blog on my Facebook and other social media sites. So far the majority of the traffic on my blog has been from Facebook. But, each of my posts have only been viewed once or twice, and there haven't been any comments on any of my posts. So, that would make all my posts equally good, or equally bad.
Day 16
Today I did another short, 10-minute session, and got through a few more seated and twist poses. I've been doing poses from yogajournal.com, and today I did the Lion Pose, Marichi's Pose, Bound Angle Pose, Sukhasana Pose, and the Full Boat Pose.

Day 15
I've missed days 4-13, even though I'd planned on continuing with my immersion and blogging during spring break.
Today is day 15, the halfway point in my immersion project. Since my schedule is pretty full on Mondays with class and work I only got a few poses in this afternoon. Today I have done the Bharadvaja's Twist, Cow Face Pose, Fire Log Pose, Half Lord of the Fishes Pose, and the Hero Pose, all seated poses. These are all that I could manage to do in ten minutes. I have found that these seated poses and twists make my back sore during the pose, since I have scoliosis. But, I think that the soreness is due to my usual inactivity and I'm not used to stretching out my back, so these poses would actually be good to do on a daily basis to build strength and flexibility in my back.

Day 3
Had intentions of doing a yoga session, but it was really nice outside and I decided I would enjoy the weather and do a yoga session in the evening. Also, had a group meeting for a group project for another class at 6 that lasted until around 8 or 9. By the time I got home I forgot about doing a yoga session and instead relaxed and went to bed.

Day 2: First Session
Today is the first day I've done a yoga session. At first I was trying to imitate poses from pictures and descriptions, then found a video of beginner/easy poses to follow. So far, it is easier to follow along with a video to progress through poses.
